Our goal is to provide a relaxing, comfortable experience from the moment you arrive. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in. Depending on your service, robes and slippers may be provided, and private changing areas are available for your convenience.

Appointments & Cancellations

• A credit or debit card is required to reserve appointments.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation if we are unable to accommodate the delay.

• We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full service amount.

Therapist Requests
You are welcome to request a specific therapist or esthetician when booking. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Health Information
Please inform us before booking if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns that may affect your treatment. Your comfort is important to us, and we encourage open communication throughout your service regarding pressure, temperature, and overall experience.

Attire
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. For massage and body treatments, most guests choose to undress to their comfort level, though undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is always used to ensure privacy.

Shaving
For your comfort, we recommend avoiding shaving immediately before body treatments or men's facials.

​

Electronic Devices
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, please silence or turn off cell phones, smart watches, tablets, and other electronic devices during your visit.
